ARF’s Emergency Medical Fund® (EMF) provides low-income residents of Contra Costa County, California with low cost veterinary care for their pets at ARF’s clinic. To qualify, guardians must live in Contra Costa county and be "very low income" according to HUD guidlines. The dog must be spayed or neutered, and the veterinary care must be non-emergency but lifesaving. |
