CAFé is a pet food assistance program for low income pet owners. Food pantry participants may pick up food at the shelter at any time during regular business hours as well as on the last Friday of every month, from 1-2 p.m., at the Howard Area Community Center, 7648 N. Paulina, Chicago. Participants must be willing to get their animals altered in order to be eligible for pet food assistance.
